Audi’s electronic customer relationship management (E-crm) involves a combination of social media platforms to help focus the customers engagement and consistency within Audi’s sales, marketing initiatives and customer support.
When it comes to customer support, Audi has contact section in which it allows for customers to make contact regarding test drives, online service bookings, phone numbers and emails depending on what the queries are as well as their media platforms. On the Audi UK website (Audi.co.uk, 2024) there are four media platforms linked, Instagram (www.instagram.com, n.d.), Facebook (www.facebook.com, n.d.), LinkedIn (Linkedin.com, 2024) and YouTube (YouTube, n.d.). These all ensure customers can follow product marketing and stay up to date with new releases or developments as well as being resources for customers to seek helpful information. This can be a great strategy for their E-crm however if there were to be further improvements, they could have placed the icon links to their socials at the top of their website rather than at the bottom to help customers explore their connections to those platforms.
